We want you to love your skincare routine, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Mario Badescu purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that only items purchased directly from our official website are eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
